Mortgage brokers are bound to deliver the best interest duty to all clients to ensure the best loan is found to match their goals, objectives and individual circumstances.
At ForgetTheBanks we are taking a giant leap further. Not only will we deliver the best service we can to find our clients the best loan, we will also share the proceeds with the community.
When a loan settles, Mortgage Brokers receive an upfront commission for all of their hard work. ForgetTheBanks will share 10% of this commission with all referred loans one of 2 ways:
10% paid to you. Sign a referral agreement and set yourself up as an individual/company referrer and we will pay you the 10% directly as an income source.
10% to a Charity or community focused entity. Chose an Australian charity or a local community sports club or community group/network in need of fund raising and we will donate the 10% to them in 2 instalments. 5% after the loan settles and another 5% on the first anniversary of the loan.
